You know who it sucks to be right now?

The Wizards. Man, they lost three - THREE! - games to game-winning shots, two of which were from the same guy - the unstoppable King James, himself. The last game was definitely the worst loss. Arenas, an ~80% FT shooter misses the two FTs that could've clinched them the game.

Who else does it suck to be?

The LA Lakers. Damn. They were up 3-1. That's 3-to-frickin-1. One win away from advancing with three chances to do it. And they tire to let the Suns tie it, then get blown out in game 7. Geez.

I truly feel sorry for these two teams. I've become a big fan of Arenas and his eccentric (read: weird) ways and it really sucks to see him and company get eliminated. And while I really did want the Suns to win, I have a lot of newfound respect for Kobe. It's just unfortunate.

Oh well. While I wait for the Timberwolves to start preparing for next season...

congrats jase! haha.

re: lakers vs suns

good triumphed and evil vanquished. 'nuff said

re: wizards vs cavs

the wizards have only themselves to blame for their poor execution during the endgame. and the non-call on the travelling violation of lebron's game winning layup.

Amen about that "newfound respect for Kobe." I actually feel sorry for the guy.

So now, it's actually Phil Jackson that I don't like about the Lakers.

Which brings me to Alvin's (should i have kept your secret identity secret? my bad :P) comment, which I found quite funny because I also had a good-versus-evil vibe about the PHX-LAL series--the good being Mike D'Antoni and evil being Phil Jackson. I spared the players from the labeling, since they were mere tools of the above two.

I don't know... Just compare their faces (perhaps their respective smiles, for instance) and try to tell me you don't see what I'm sayin'. I'd actually post about it, but I'm in no mood to Google up pics of these coaches. And the series is over, anyway, so there isn't any point to it anymore. Haha. Damn long comment.
